Our beautiful contemporary boutique villa has a breathtaking views across to the beautiful island of Koh Nang Yuan. The villa faces westerly and boasts the most amazing sunsets. It´s perfect for a retreat for couples, families and friends.
You will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a spacefull and furnished pool terrasse. An extra terrace conected to the bedroom up floor and with an extra coffee table.
A well equiped kitchen and a nice tv-lounge with a big sofa.
Karma Luxury Villa is close enough to enjoy the nearby beach and village of Sairee, but far enough away for those guests wanting a quiet and relaxing vacation.
During your stay you will have daily cleaning service of our staff Win. She will make the beds, clean the villa and the pool. If you have any questions about activities on the island she is happy to help you.

Amenities
In Karma Luxury Villa you will find a well equiped kitchen with gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, wine glass, crockery, pots and pans, Water cooker, toaster and a blender. We welcome you with a chargable minibar. The big room is also having a 65″ TV and a lounge with a corner sofa.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom with hairdryer, Shower cream, schampoo, bodylotion and a Bathrobe.
In the pool area you will find a basket with pool towels, nice wooden table with 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and 2 sun beds. And a nice pool off course, with the best view ever! You will see Nang Yuan island and all the tour boats and longtail boats passing by all day. Then you will have the best sunset from the terrace

The most frequently asked questions
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION RULES?
If you book more than 30 days in advance you are free to cancel without any costs until 30 days before arrival. The rent is to be paid 30 days before arrival. If you need to cancel you need to have a medical certificate and we pay your amount back, or if you prefer, we change the dates. The only cost is the bankfee. Cancellation with no reason is not refundable.
can we change our booking?
You can change your booking due to availability. Just send us an Email and please don´t hesitate to contact us if you have other questions.
HOW DO WE GET TO KOH TAO?
From Bangkok you can go to Koh Samui by plane, or Chumpon by bus. From there take the ferry Lomprayah to Koh Tao. www.lomprayah.com
do you offer transfer from the pier?
Yes, we have a free transfer at arrival and departure. You just have to send your arrival time to us and we arrange for you.
HOW CAN WE BOOK ACTIVITIES?
You can ask our staff to help you book activities. Payment is to be made directly to the Diveshop // Massage studio.
WHERE CAN WE HAVE LUNCH/DINNER?
In the villa we have menus from local restaurants who do delivery to you. Just order and get the food and pay directly to the delivery boy. In Sairee area you will find a lot of restaurants.
HOW CAN I RENT A BIKE?
There is a rentout shop just down the hill. We have also a contact near the pier. You can ask our staff to arrange the bike for you.
